A Simple but Effective Exercise
In Today's world, we all are busy in our life and hardly can spare time for health. We all should do few types of exercise to keep our body fit and healthy.
Several years ago, somewhere from someone I found a simple and effective exercise which is more helpful for our health but as busy routine life, I forgot this exercise.
Many times I remember this exercise but couldn't spare time for it. But finally I start doing it and feeling better experience from this exercise and felt to share with you all.
This exercise is called Jin Ji Du Li. This is a Chinese Exercise. This consists simply of standing straight on one leg for a minimum atleast One Minute.

There's a simple condition in this and it is...
Close your both eyes completely...
Yes.. an important exercise for once for every day.
This exercise is so simple and amazing that I thought to share it here.
Here is the Exercise:
Stand on one leg and close your both eyes completely. That is all. Stop reading and stand up. Just try it right now. close your both eyes and try standing on one foot.
I, myself tried this first time and it was an amazing experience. firstly, I tried this without closing both eyes... It was so simple, and I am sure we all can do this easily. and second time I did this with closed both eyes completely. I felt much to my surprise that while I could stand easily on one foot with eyes open, trying the same thing with eyes closed was another experience. I just couldn't keep my balance for more than 2 to 3 seconds before I started wobbling and hopping around.
You don't need to lift your leg high.
(Try this exercise in a comfortable place)
It was very heartening to know that frequent and regular practice can help you recover your sense of balance. In fact Chinese Specialists suggest daily practice of this exercise for 1 minute. This helps prevent dementia (forgetfulness).
The health specialist Zhong Li Ba Ren recommends to try slightly closing both eyes while practicing this exercise instead of completely closing them.
By doing this exercise daily can help in healing many illnesses or diseases like...
-High Blood Sugar or Diabetes,
-Neck and Spinal disease,
-It can also prevent you from getting dementia.
As you gain ability to stand for longer time, the feeling of "heavy head, light feet" disappears. The mind clears up and memory improves significantly.
